SER Steak & Spirits Hosts French Vintner Jean Charles Boisset

SER Steak + Spirits, the upscale steakhouse atop the Hilton Anatole, is hosting a new culinary journey named their JCB Wine Dinner.

When: Tuesday, April 9th from 6:30-9:30 p.m.

Guests will begin the night with delicious hors d'ourves followed by a curated four-course dinner reception by Chef Aubrey Murphy. The special guest of the evening is Jean Charles Boisset, French vintner and Creator of JCB Wine Collection. Boisset will make wine pairings for an exquisite culinary experience. 

The meal will begin with heart of palm featuring corn mousse and baby fennel; toro brioche with avocado and soy glaze; and caviar latkes with royal ossetra and crème fraiche and chive. Guests will then move on to live scallop crudo with consume, compressed apple, sea bean and olive oil.

The next course features a duo of duck and seared duck breast with duck croquette, braised kohlrabi and duck jus. Then, a ribeye cap with onion truffle tarte tan and bordelaise. 

The evening will end with coconut white chocolate mousse, stout chocolate cremeux and cotton candy pâté de fruit. 

The JCB Wine Dinner will take place Tuesday, April 9th from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at SER Steak + Spirits, the Hilton Anatole, 2201 N Stemmons Fwy Floor 27, Dallas, TX 75207.
