Blood, Sweat & Tears (BS&T) with Bo Bice from American Idol will perform both original and new singles on Saturday, January 23 at the Eisemann Center.

BS&T has been around for over four decades expressing the awesome blended sound and style of rock and jazz. They topped Billboard charts, beat out the Beatles Abbey Road for Grammy Album of the Year and produced hits such as, “And When I Die,” “You Made Me So Very Happy” and “Spinning Wheel.” Bobby Colomby, the original drummer, producer and, more recent, owner of BS&T, has seen a succession of players in its time; however, currently the band is made up of seven guys, six instruments and Bo Bice as vocals.

As the band develops into a contemporary voice, they are trying to target more than just one generation. They want to be seen as a twenty-first century version of their past acclaimed sound. The members of the band are all different from it’s original cast of musicians, but much like any famous sports team, the players change; yet the goal is to improve, find the best players and be the best. Blood, Sweat & Tears has done just that and recruited talented young musicians who have a true spirit of new-age vibes combined with familiarity of old school rock and jazz.

What are you waiting for? Join in celebrating BS&T January 23!
