Nominations For Academy Of Country Music Awards Announced

The event will take place on May 16, 2024, at The Star in Frisco, Texas

The nominations for the 59th Academy of Country Music Awards were revealed on The Bobby Bones Show by the Academy of Country Music and Dick Clark Productions, with Luke Combs, Megan Moroney and Morgan Wallen holding the most nominations. 

Dubbed "Country Music’s Party of the Year," the event will be streamed live exclusively on Prime Video to a global audience spanning over 240 countries and territories. Set to take place on Thursday, May 16 at 5 p.m. 

The upcoming 59th ACM Awards will return to Frisco, Texas for its second consecutive year, following its successful sold-out debut in 2023. Last year's ACM Awards made history as the inaugural awards show held at the Ford Center.

Viewers can catch the official ACM Red Carpet on Prime Video, the Amazon Music Channel on Twitch and Amazon Live, starting at 4 p.m. The show will spotlight both established country music icons and rising talents, featuring stellar performances, exclusive collaborations and unexpected highlights sure to enthrall fans across the globe.

Additional awards will be presented at the awards such as album of the year, song of the year and more.

Established in 1966, the Academy of Country Music Awards is the longest-running Country Music awards show. In 2022, it made history as the first major awards ceremony to exclusively livestream in partnership with Prime Video.
