First Look: HALL Park’s Early Childhood Education & Parent Co-Working Concept

Savanna will accommodate up to 90 children, spanning from infancy to five years old

Savanna, a company dedicated to transforming early learning spaces for families, recently revealed its choice of Frisco for its inaugural namesake site. Construction is underway at 6850 Gaylord Parkway, with an anticipated opening date in summer 2024.

Located at HALL Park, Savanna's first location will have an 8,500-square-foot innovative school and parent lounge, along with over 13,000 square feet of outdoor play area.

Jessica Bravo, a working mother, founded Savana after seeing the necessity for a sustainable solution to empower working families. Its comprehensive curriculum encompasses STEAM subjects, construction, culinary arts and artistic expression.

“This is an exciting time for our company as our years-long vision becomes reality,” Bravo said in an official statement. “Community is at our core, and our first location was selected with great purpose and intent based on population growth and market need. We look forward to laying a solid foundation at HALL Park while aggressively identifying opportunities to grow our roots across North Texas and beyond, starting with the pursuit of a second location.”

Savanna will accommodate up to 90 children, spanning from infancy to five years old, providing a blend of play-based learning and nurturing environments alongside a parent co-working space, housed in a single facility. Reservations for Savanna will open on March 12, 2024.

Savanna joined forces with Fort Worth-based The Woodmont Company, a renowned commercial real estate development firm known for its expertise in constructing spaces tailored to children.

“Accessibility to high-quality childcare is critical to keeping a healthy and growing workforce, and we are thrilled to be able to bring this amenity to HALL Park,” said HALL Group Vice President Brad Gibson. “We are seeing a strong interest from existing tenants and prospects who are looking for on-site childcare options for their employees.”

But this is not the only big change coming to HALL Park. As Local Profile previously reported, the residential apartment tower, The Monarch, is slated to open in the first quarter. The HALL Park Hotel is also scheduled to welcome guests in the summer of 2024.

But, possibly the most eagerly awaited addition is Kaleidoscope Park, which is anticipated to debut next summer.
