Sixty Vines is everything we wanted but didn’t know we needed. Opening this September, Sixty Vines is highly anticipated, coming from the creators of Whiskey Cake and Mexican Sugar. With a focus on food first, Sixty Vines takes its inspiration from wine-country. With 60 perfectly selected wines by the glass, 36 wines on tap and an extensive bottle and craft beer list, they “have a pour for everyone.” Curious about wine on tap? It’s eco-friendly and provides the ability to ensure that each glass is served at the just the right temperature, minimizing waste at the same time.

Sixty Vines will be open for brunch, lunch and dinner, and you’ll want to stop by for all three. Everything on the menu is seasonal and locally sourced, simple and innovative, fresh, fun and perfect for sharing. We’re particularly interested in appetizers like Crispy Zucchini, tapioca dusted and served with peppadew peppers, cilantro and sweet chili vinaigrette. There’s also Toasts, sea salt ciabatta with avocado and togarashi; brie and candied dates; and raclette and tomato bacon jam.

There are fresh salads, pastas and pizzas prepared in the open kitchen, along with mains such as Wagyu smothered in skillet seared mushrooms and a cabernet reduction or Steelhead Trout,
oak grilled with tarragon, garlic and coriander butter.

And as for dessert, the Deviled Affogato sounds heavenly and deadly: Devil’s food cake, salted caramel ice cream and coffee caramel finished with a nitro cold brew coffee shot.

Sixty Vines can’t open soon enough!
